Your own maps
Open or drop any NIfTI-1 or NIfTI-2 file (.nii or .nii.gz) that is already in MNI space: a z-map,
a mask, a meta-analysis map. It is read in your browser and never uploaded. Files on a different
grid are resampled on the fly, trilinear for continuous data and nearest-neighbour for integer
data. For 4D files the first volume is shown.
Data and credits
Volumes come from TemplateFlow, all in the MNI152NLin2009cAsym space. The build script and
full notes are in brain/README.md.
